Do you take equity in my startup?
Zero. We operate strictly as a "Work for Hire" engineering lab. You pay for the sprint, and you keep 100% of your cap table. We believe founders should own their companies, not agencies.
Are there any hidden monthly fees?
We charge a one-time fixed fee for development. However, you will have small monthly infrastructure costs (hosting, database, domain) paid directly to providers like Vercel or Supabase. This typically starts at $0 - $50/month for early-stage apps.
Will you sign an NDA? Is my idea safe?
Yes. We sign a standard Mutual NDA before our Discovery Call. We work with stealth startups regularly and treat your intellectual property with the highest security standards.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We structure our sprints with Weekly Checkpoints. You review progress every Friday. If we are off track, we correct it immediately. You approve every milestone before we move to the next, minimizing risk.
Can I change features halfway through?
We use Agile methodology. If you learn something new in Week 2, we can swap a future feature for a new one, provided the complexity is similar. Major pivots may require a separate sprint estimation.

Who owns the source code?
You do, 100%. Upon final payment, we transfer the full GitHub repository and all IP rights to your organization. You are building an asset, not renting software.

No. We use "Pro-Code" standards: Next.js (React), Node.js, and Supabase (PostgreSQL). This ensures you have no platform limitations and can pass technical due diligence with VC investors.

Who fixes bugs after launch?
We include a 30-Day Bug Fix Warranty post-launch. After that, you can hire us on a Retainer for updates, or we can hand the code over to your internal team.

We build Progressive Web Apps (PWA) which work on mobile and desktop perfectly. If you need a native iOS/Android app store listing, we can wrap the code using Capacitor/React Native for an additional fee.
